Jack Wilson

A concerned father comes with a missing person case. He insists his daughter Tula was kidnapped. The police were convinced that he had something to do with her disappearance but never found any evidence. Her case is cold. Her father keeps on looking, he has a tape of her being taken by a series of bird people. The vid is grainy and hard to make out in the low light, but it shows a young girl running down an alley looking frantically behind her, suddenly a large beaked creature lands in front of her, she comes to a dead stop. Another bird creature goes flying across the camera and the girl screams and disappears in a sudden blur.
